Upon an installer's submission, data from their phone is entered onto a cloud-based spreadsheet and is updated every minute. Clients can watch as installers are recruited and as the project progresses. Installer contact information is shown as soon as they accept the job.  If shipping damage is found, clients are immediately notified, pictures are taken and an inventory of damages are made. Upon completion of the staging phase, the installer has taken possession of the product.
